Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days
International: 10–21 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any available free shipping promotions will be displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after your package has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Solvero is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Solvero is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
If you need assistance, our support team will gladly help you file a claim whenever possible.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country's customs authorities.
